What happens to forgotten items?

They are photographed by the field team, identified by the operational team, and the information is sent to the guest asking whether they will be picked up or discarded. Internally, the logistics for retrieval are arranged. In some cases, items can be picked up directly at the reception; in other cases, the item needs to be sent to the office before proceeding with the return. We always aim to carry out the process quickly to avoid the accumulation of items.
